2.What type of data do we collect and what do we do with them?
As a visitor to the site, there is no need to provide any personal data to use the website of INDUMEL Embalagens. INDUMEL may, if the owner of the data so authorizes, use the provided contact data for Marketing campaigns or to send communications regarding our service offer or our Partners. The Human Resources of INDUMEL will be the recipients of the data when candidates submit their resume.
The Commercial Department will be the recipient of data for proposal purposes.
For all other cases, the Marketing Department or the legal service will be the recipients (shall the holders decide to exercise their rights).
5.For how long and where do we store your data?
INDUMEL Embalagens Portugal shall keep and maintain the data until: the user indicates otherwise; when it is no longer allowed by law; or when INDUMEL no longer has a valid basis for the treatment of your data, whichever occurs first.
INDUMEL Embalagens does not disclose personal collected data, except when required by law or by the competent authorities.
